Analysis for style should consider situation, sentence structures, verbs and
other words.
Situation: Makes style serves reader’s needs while purpose; considers the possibility of an
international audience and examines the text for discrimination.
Sentence Structures: Use structure to reinforced meaning.
Verbs: Convey the action in the sentence accurately and convincingly.
Nouns, adjectives: Choose words that accurate, concrete, and understandable
Home Inspection
A home inspection is intended to be a non-invasive evaluation of the condition and performance of systems and components of a home. The primary objective is to identify and report any items that do not perform their intended function. The focus of a home inspection is typically on significant issues that are readily visible to the inspector as opposed to minor building deficiencies. Inspection of cosmetic elements, maintenance, and other non-critical items are typically not part of a home inspection. Home inspections are not always intended to be building code compliant. Any additional services beyond the CSA A770-16 (R2021) Standard should be make clear to client.
